If the WPMacApp is working correctly for you, there's absolutely no reason to download the current version, as the emulated system is exactly as it was before the only changes are in the AppleScript that launches the system and exchanges data with it from the host macOS system. The Dead Zone: software that appears to have been abandonedĪs Larry MacPhee pointed out, you can find some older Mac software at the Macintosh Garden and at the Macintosh Repository. Also, I've removed options that no longer work under recent macOS versions (for example, you can't print directly from SheepShaver to an IP printer as you could a few years ago). You can now specify any folder as the Unix folder (this wasn't working earlier), and I've cleared up some permissions problems. However, this prompted me to make some fixes to the WPMacApp in other problems that Tom noted. There seems to be something wrong with Tom's system that may be causing this. The current SheepShaver developer can't reproduce the problem I created a folder with 800 items in it, and designated it as the Unix folder, and all the files displayed correctly. I've now looked into this, and the problem seems to be unique to Tom's system.
